On August 28th， at the invitation of Provincial Governor Chen Zhenggao， Taiwan Financial Investment Delegation composed by Gao Guolun， Chairman of Taiwan Eternal Chemical Co.， Ltd.， Sino Harvest Management Limited (Sino Harvest International for short)， Wang Zhiping， President of Sino Harvest International， Prime Capital Investment Management Limited (Prime Capital for short)， Luo Liqun， Chairman of Guardian Wealth Management Limited（Guardian Wealth for short），and other senior from Taiwan famous enterprises came to Shenyang， to attend the 11th Liaoning-Taiwan Week hosted by Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council and the People’s Government of Liaoning Province.

On the afternoon of 29th， The 11th Liaoning-Taiwan Week was held in Tieling. Chiang Pin-kung， Chairman of Taiwan’s Straits Exchange Foundation (SEF)， Yok Mu-ming， Chairman of Taiwan New Party， the members of Taiwan financial investment delegation， and total hundreds of Taiwan People attended the Opening ceremony. After the opening ceremony， Chen Zhenggao， Governor of the People’s Government of Liaoning， met Gao Guolun， Wang Zhiping， Luo Liqun and some of other Taiwan Financial Investment Delegation and Chairman Zhu Jiquan with the stuff of Liaoning Equipment Investment &Operation Co.， Ltd. Vice Governor Bing Zhigang， Deputy Secretary Chen Shuzhen of Provincial Government， Director Li Dong of Provincial Taiwan Affairs Office， and Deputy Mayor Sha Botao of Shenyang attended the meeting.

Governor Chen on behalf of the People’s Government of Liaoning welcomed Taiwan financial investment delegation， and would provided policy encourage and support to venture enterprises in Liaoning cooperative projects， and let Financial Office of Liaoning to responsible for the specific implementation.
